A Winter Solstice Retreat

This morning workshop is taking place at the time of the Winter Solstice which is the shortest day of the year—but also brings the promise of more daylight ahead.

It will be a morning with gentle movement, deep restful restorative yoga and a ritual to drop into silence and connect with your intuitive light.
