You are warmly invited to explore the wonder that is embedded in the ancient Celtic wisdom of Anam Cara.Â
This is an invitation to become your own truest friendâto remember the quiet place within where your soul has always belonged.
âThe soul needs love as urgently as the body needs breath. In the warmth of love, the soul finds the courage to be authentic. In the stillness, love discovers usâ- John OâDonohoe
The Celtic tradition offers a beautiful understanding that Anam Caraâsoul friendshipâis the foundation of true connection, both with ourselves and with others. It is a sacred relationship built on presence, trust, compassion, and belonging.
Within this tradition lives another ancient imageâthe tobar naofa, or holy well. In Celtic spirituality, the holy well is a place of healing, wisdom and quiet revelation. It reminds us that everything we seek already exists within us. May we find, in the depths, what is waiting gently to surface.
When we are deeply seen and lovingly received, something within us awakens. We remember who we are.
Love is the most real and creative expression of human presence. Through authentic love and affection, clarity emerges, understanding deepens, and our hearts become a place of welcomeâfor ourselves and for everyone we meet.
Today, I invite you to slow downâŚ
to listenâŚ
to wonderâŚ
and to step gently into the ancient Celtic invitation of Anam Cara.
May this be a journey of recognition, belonging, and coming home to yourself.Â
FĂĄilte romhat.
You are most welcome

About Ăine MĂĄire Mullin
Ăine is a former professional singer who lost her voice and, in the process, discovered something even more profound-her authentic sound. Rather than performing outwardly, she now connects with the interiority of the sound, allowing it to resonate in a deeply compassionate way.
Incorporating the practices of The Naked Voice, founded by Chloe Goodchild, Ăine uses her voice for sound healing, fostering deep connection and transformation. Her work integrates movement and mindfulness, creating a space where sound becomes a bridge to inner freedom and self-expression.
With a wonderful sense of humor and a welcoming presence, Ăine naturally puts others at ease as she holds space for their journeys. Her reverence for silence has honed her ability to listen deeply, allowing her to meet each moment with presence and care.
Collaborating with like-minded individuals, she offers a space for exploration, healing, and joy. For her, this work is not just a practiceâit is a liberation. Free from the pretense and masks, she embraces the pure, unfiltered essence of her own voice, inviting others to do the same.
