Sound the Breath
Sunday, 8th June, 2025
7pm – 8.00pm GMT
Online (zoom)
In our Sounding and Singing practice we call on many aspects of ourselves.
Dedication, diligence, willingness, and the courage to be seen and to be vulnerable are but a few of these.
Physically, access to our breath is one of the primary keys to deep inner vibration, the freedom to sound and to personal transformation.
You might even say that the breath reveals the connection between our physical self and our spiritual, non material Self.
- What is that like for each of us?
- What might we do, or even, what might we not do to free our breath?
- How can we open ever more to its width, its depth, its expanding and connecting multidimensionality?
- And what about its willingness to be there for us? Always, right?
In this time together we first find our own natural breaths. As we observe the rhythms, and the qualities of them, we honour those first and foremost!
From there our explorations can bring us a bit deeper, and we can develop some tools that support and open us, so our breaths flow freely and easily.
We are not setting any goals for ourselves whatsoever. There is nothing we need to achieve. We just show up together and explore, that is all.
