Deep listening is more than simply hearing words — it’s the art of being fully present, attuned not just to words but to what lives beneath them. It is the practice of listening with the “ear of the heart,” allowing us to connect more fully with others, ourselves, and the world around us.

Listening is a dropping into Presence - it begins in stillness and ends in connection — it is a form of love in action.

Listening happens in relationship, it's a conversation - with no agenda, no desire to control the outcome, but an opportunity to discover what emerges in relationship, in presence, in the space of curiousity and wonder.

And it is a practice—a muscle we must tend and flex regularly in order to remain connected amidst a world so full of distraction.

Of course, the journey begins with ourselves… before we can truly connect with others, we must cultivate a deep and loving relationship with ourselves. Only then can we truly extend that to others, with a compassionate, non-judgemental and empathetic presence.

Join me to explore this quality of listening with some simple yet profound practice. I'll meet you there
