This course is for you if you have ever been touched by the power of sound. Whether you are a musician, a therapist, or simply curious how the utterance of human sound can relax us, heal us and ultimately liberate us.
Each weekend will be held in-person in the Limerick area – venue will depend on numbers.
This powerful and beautiful training has been designed to give you all the knowledge, experience and confidence you need to offer Sound Healing to yourself and to your friends or clients.
Perhaps you have experienced the power of sound in your own life and would like to dive in deeper, either for your own growth, healing and understanding or a wish to share and offer it to others, or add it to your existing offerings to clients.
Whatever your intention or curiosity, this course will provide the tools, techniques for you through the curriculum of the College of Sound Healing training and my experience of than 15 years of working with, researching and sharing the power of sound.
In this comprehensive training, we will be using mostly our voice as the vessel for the healing. However, you do not need to be a singer or have any previous musical knowledge to learn how to use this innate and profoundly intuitive instrument of the voice to heal. By the end of the training you will have the knowledge, the skill and the practical application of sound for healing.

This 5 weekend training course runs over 18 months and offers comprehensive, experiential and easily accessible Sound Healing Practitioner training. Suitable for all levels of experience and interest. We will cover:
- Learn everything you need to know to offer one to one sound healing treatments
- Understand the history of Sound Healing and why it is relevant now
- Understand what Sound Healing is and why and how it works, studying topics such as:
- Resonance/Vibration
- Entrainment
- Intention & Prayer
- Rhythm
- Harmonics
- Intervals
- Mantra
- Silence
- Explore the connection between:
- Sound and the body
- physical, energetic and spiritual body.
- Sound and the senses.
- Sound and consciousness.
- Sound and Silence
- Learn at least 4 different Sound Healing methods in a step by step approach that you can use on clients.

Each weekend we will dive deeper into the power of sound. The weekends will be extremely experiential, informal with a focus on the student not only understanding but feeling and experiencing the healing power of sound.
To receive the full accreditation, the course will include case studies, reflections and a final essay. In addition there are some practical requirements, ongoing CPD, first aid, insurance cover, etc.
