Aligning Inner/Outer Voice
24-27 October 2025 - 3 nights
We begin by arriving into our shared field and exploring the voice as it moves outward — sung, spoken, sounded. Practices from The Naked Voice, Poetry Medicine, Sound Healing, and movement will open us into presence and resonance.
Sacred Voice, Sacred Sounds, Sacred Words
13-15 February 2026 - 2 nights
This deeply held retreat invites us into a sacred space of embodied sound, poetry, Sanskrit and silence, guiding you inward to listen, feel and express the authentic voice within. Together we weave a sacred space where you feel heard, supported and able to uncover your own inner gifts and natural wisdom.

The Poetic Voice
10-12 April, 2025 - 2 nights
Poetry is the language of the soul, it has the ability to bypass the rational mind and sink deeper into your heart, to sooth, to reveal, to heal. You will be guided through Poetry Medicine with practices like taking a poem to heart, poetry dive, and sacred writing.
Vāk: The Power of Sacred Sound
29th May - 1st June, 2026 - 3 nights
Join me for a transformative immersion into the spiritual science of sanskrit, the healing resonance of mantra, and the deep elemental wisdom encoded in sound.
A Beautiful Setting for Connection and Healing
- Venue: Beautiful house nestled on Spanish Point, Co Clare with spectactular views and access to the ocean

About Lucia
Lucia is a Sound Healer, tutor, yoga and breathwork teacher and Transformation Guide
Lucia is passionate about helping others find freedom, balance, and peace through sound, movement, poetry, breathwork, and compassionate communication. With over 15 years of training in various transformative practices, Lucia empowers individuals to uncover their inner wisdom and live a life they love.
In 2023, she created The Listening Field, a community supportive space for people to heal, release old patterns, and discover their true selves.
Lucia’s work supports individuals in accessing their own transformation, fostering spiritual, physical, and emotional freedom.
