The Journey
5 Residential Weekends
October 2025 – March 2026
Small group of 12 · Residential in Ireland · Held with depth and care
Over six months, we will move through five residential weekends, supported by monthly online gatherings and integration practices between retreats. The first and final weekends are extended to allow for deeper landing and completion
Weekend 1: Aligning Inner/Outer Voice
24-27 October 2025 -Â 3 nights
We begin by arriving into our shared field and exploring the voice as it moves outward — sung, spoken, sounded. Practices from The Naked Voice, Poetry Medicine, Sound Healing, and movement will open us into presence and resonance.
Weekend 2: The Listening Voice
12-14 December 2025 -Â 2 nights
We turn inward, entering the space of deep listening. Through Sanskrit mantra, silence, somatic presence, and devotional sound, we uncover the quiet knowing of the voice within.Â
Weekend 3: The Poetic Voice
13-15 February 2026 -Â 2 nights
Here we meet our voice as poet — the voice that remembers, reflects, and reveals. You will be guided through Poetry Medicine practices like taking a poem to heart, poetry dive, and sacred writing. The voice becomes a vessel for truth.
Weekend 4: The Creative Voice
10-12 April, 2025 -Â 2 nights
We now open to what wants to come through us. Guided by the Listening Field within and around, you’ll explore what arises when you become a channel for creation — sound, word, movement, image. Deep listening becomes expression.
Weekend 5: Integration & Celebration
29 may – 1st June - 3 nights
A final gathering to reflect, integrate, and celebrate all that has been spoken, heard, created, and held. This is a return home — to your own voice, and to each other.

About Lucia
Lucia is a Sound Healer, tutor, yoga and breathwork teacher and Transformation Guide
Lucia is passionate about helping others find freedom, balance, and peace through sound, movement, poetry, breathwork, and compassionate communication. With over 15 years of training in various transformative practices, Lucia empowers individuals to uncover their inner wisdom and live a life they love.
In 2023, she created The Listening Field, a community supportive space for people to heal, release old patterns, and discover their true selves.
Lucia’s work supports individuals in accessing their own transformation, fostering spiritual, physical, and emotional freedom.
