Poetry Dive
A Poetry Dive is an immersion in poetry and music for healing, relaxation and self-discovery.
Come experience the connection and authenticity possible through the miracle of zoom in alchemy with music, poetry of the inner life, dancing, writing, sharing. All aspects of being, from the darkest to the brightest are welcomed in a circle committed to authenticity, risk-taking and self-honesty.
We will begin with some movement and then move into the poetry dive where you surrender into the journey of poetry and music. There will then be an opportunity do some spontaneous writing and optional sharing.
You don’t need to be a poet, or even a lover of poetry to attend this workshop.
I invite you to drop in with me and others as we journey together towards this creative path of self-discovery and listen and respond to our soul’s own longing.
No previous experience is required for this class.
What you will need

- Wear clothes in which you can move easily
- Journal & pen
